A reading scope: totals and charts only count the sites in the group. One switch and you move from one client to the next.

ADD-ON
Glance Sync

Your accounts and groups, backed up and restored on every device. Encrypted on-device before upload: the server can't read them. One-time purchase, no subscription.

QR transfer

New device? Show an encrypted QR code and scan it from the other one: accounts, credentials and groups move across. Free, and never over the network.

Privacy

Your data doesn't
go anywhere

Your credentials stay encrypted in your device's keychain. Glance talks directly to your instance, read-only — no third-party server, no tracking. The only exception, if you turn it on: Glance Sync encrypts your setup on-device before upload, so the server can't read it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Glance?

Glance is a free, open source mobile and desktop client that displays your Umami and Plausible statistics. It brings all your sites together in one clean app — smooth charts, real-time and widgets — without ever leaving your analytics instance.

Is Glance free?

Yes: the app is free and open source (MIT license), with no account to create, no subscription and no site limit. Only one thing is paid, and it's optional — Glance Sync, the encrypted backup of your setup — as a one-time purchase.

Which analytics tools are supported?

Glance connects to Umami and Plausible today, including self-hosted instances. Fathom support is planned. You can track multiple accounts and providers at the same time, brought together in a single view.

Which platforms is Glance available on?

Glance is available on iOS (App Store), Android (Play Store), macOS (Homebrew or DMG) and Windows. The app is built with Flutter, so it's genuinely cross-platform.

Is my data sent to any third party?

No. Glance talks directly to your Umami or Plausible instance, read-only, with no middleman server and no tracking. Your credentials stay encrypted in your device's keychain.

What is Glance Sync?

A paid add-on (one-time purchase) that backs up your accounts and groups and restores them on your other devices. Your setup is encrypted on-device before upload: the server only ever stores an unreadable blob. Without it Glance runs entirely locally, and QR transfer stays free.

Can I split my sites by client or project?

Yes, with groups. A group is a reading scope: totals, charts and live counts only include its sites. You switch between groups from the home screen.

Does Glance work with a self-hosted instance?

Yes. Whether your Umami or Plausible instance is self-hosted or cloud, Glance connects to it directly with your URL and API key. No server-side configuration is needed.
